Synergy Systems, inc. is a wholly-owned design-build and construction management subsidiary of Sealaska Corporation headquartered in Washington State. With branch offices in Kansas, California and Texas, Synergy is a SBA 8(a) certified firm and is certified as a MBE by the National Minority Supplier Development Council.

At Synergy, we specialize in design, build and manage the construction of healthcare, industrial and commercial projects where the company applies innovation and performance based contracting.

We have a well-established teaming arrangement with United Excel, a broad base general contractor rated as one of the highest performing general contractors by the US Air Force and Army MEDCOM.

Our past performance includes but is not limited to:

US Air Force: Kirtland Air Force Base – Modernization of current medical buildings - $5.6 million dollar sole source 8(a) design build contract
US Government - Design-Build contract - $12 million SATOC

Renewable Energy Initiative:
Sealaska’s strong belief in the merits of bio-energy has lead to the development of an initiative where, through a partnership with Ventek Energy Systems Inc, we are now both
marketing and installing biomass systems throughout SE Alaska.

All sales and installations of bio-energy projects are being handled by Synergy Systems.

Through our well-established partnership with Ventek, Sealaska is excited to offer both public and private customers a variety of fully integrated bio-energy equipment solutions and services from raw material supply to complete system installations. For additional information, click here.
