Sidney Edenshaw has been a member of the Sealaska Board of Directors since 2005 and serves on the Shareholder Relations Committee and Nominations Committee. He also serves as a director of Sealaska Timber Corporation and Klawock Island Dock Company, Inc.

Sidney's principal occupation is walking boss dispatcher for the Southeast Stevedoring Corporation. He also works as a commercial fisherman, is a member of the Hydaburg Alaska Native Brotherhood Camp 6, is vice president of the Hydaburg Cooperative Association and serves as a director for Haida Corporation.
