Making it Work (2986 KB) A guide to PL 200-241 (AKA "1991 Amendments") the 1987 amendments to the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act. The Alaska Federation of Natives prepared this guide (released in 1988) for Alaska Native leaders, primarily village leaders and village corporation Boards of Directors.
