Neil Hart brings a powerful combination of Navy and environmental consulting, engineering, remediation and restoration experience to Sealaska Environmental Services.
Neil retired from the Navy as a Commander in 1992. While in the Navy, he served as a program manager and implemented an automated supply, financial and resource management system at Naval Air Stations in the United States and Europe. Following Navy retirement, Neil worked for Battelle Pacific Northwest Laboratories and later joined Tetra Tech EC, Inc., where he was a senior program manager for 14 years. He became vice president for Tetra Tech EC in 2006.
In 1984, Neil earned his Master of Science from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA, where he later became an adjunct professor. He has served on an aircraft carrier, cruiser and two destroyers with over 12 years of sea duty experience. His other significant Navy tours included director of contracts at the Navy Regional Contracting Center in Philadelphia, PA and the Naval Supply Center on Puget Sound, WA.
