Kenneth
Fair has worked in plastic injection molding since 1976. In January
2005, he became general manager of Nypro Alabama, the Dothan, Alabama
based joint venture with Sealaska. When Sealaska acquired majority
ownership, Ken became the general manager of Nypro Kánaak Alabama.

Born in Tuscaloosa, AL, Ken holds a bachelor's degree in
mechanical engineering from the University of Alabama and a Master's of Business Administration from the University of Florida.
