Annual Reports

For your convenience, most of our annual reports are available both as online reports and as PDF downloads. PDF files require Adobe Acrobat Viewer. Download Adobe Acrobat and, once installed, you will be able to open all report links. Online versions of the annual report require Flash to view.

Annual reports are produced in accordance to the State of Alaska Division of Banking, Securities and Corporations law. The annual publication is distributed to shareholder households each spring, prior to the shipment of annual election materials. Each report contains independently audited financials from the previous year and written reports from the board and management.
