Home > Who We Are > Campaigns > <i>Haa Aaní</i> Legislation > Sign the Letter of Support > Don’t Forget the Juried Art Show Application Deadline – March 31 Sealaska Heritage Institute (SHI) is proud to sponsor the Juried Art Show, held in conjunction with Celebration 2010. The Juried Art Show is designed to enhance and encourage the production of quality art by Southeast Alaska Natives and to help maintain the highest standards of Southeast Alaska Native art. SHI is honored to have David Boxley, Sr. as the juror for this year’s show. Mr. Boxley is an internationally acclaimed master Northwest Coast artist as well as a previous winner of the Sealaska Juried Art Show. All selected artwork will be on display during the month of June at the Juneau Arts and Cultural Center. An awards ceremony will be held on June 2. The application deadline is March 31st.
