Important Proxy Alert!

Sealaska mailed its proxy materials to shareholders the first week of May.

Some proxies returned by fax were not legible so could not be counted. IF YOU FAXED YOUR PROXY TO THE INSPECTORS OF ELECTION, PLEASE CALL THE INSPECTORS A 800.478.3178 TO CONFIRM YOUR FAX WAS RECEIVED AND COUNTED.
If you intend to fax your proxy to the Inspectors, please make a photocopy first and fax the white version for easier readability.
If you have any problems faxing to the Inspectors at 866.433.8063, you may use the alternative fax number 907.789.7128.
If you mailed or will mail your proxy to the Inspectors, remember the Early Bird deadline is 4:30 p.m. Alaska time on Friday, May 30. Allow adequate time for return by mail.
The final deadline for all proxies to be received by the Inspectors is 7 p.m. Alaska time on Thursday, June 26.
