The 34th annual meeting will take place on Saturday, June 23, 2007, in Anchorage, Alaska. Register for the Webcast! For the fifth year in a row, Sealaska will provide a secure webcast of the meeting. If you are unable to attend in person, Sealaska encourages you to participate via live webcast. You must be a Sealaska shareholder to view the webcast, and you will be asked for your shareholder ID number during registration. We encourage you to register before the meeting, as it will allow you quicker access to the webcast the day of the meeting.
The webcast will begin at 10:00 a.m. Alaska Daylight Time. Candidate speeches will begin at 10:30 a.m. and the formal meeting begins at 1:00 p.m. Adjournment is expected at 4:00 p.m.
How Do You Register? All you need is a computer, Internet connection, media player, email address and your shareholder ID number. Fill out the online registration form and you're set! You will be provided with a test video clip and technical support will be available the day of the event.

Can You Vote During the Webcast? No. If you are not attending the annual meeting in person, your proxy must be received by the Independent Inspector of Elections before 7:00 p.m., Alaska Daylight Time, on Thursday, June 21, 2007.
