Board of Directors Approved Resolutions for Descendants, Elders and Leftouts on June 2007 Ballot

The Sealaska Board of Directors approved resolutions for descendants, Elders and Leftouts that will appear on the 2007 proxy card. Shareholders will vote on these resolutions at the Sealaska annual meeting on June 23, 2007 in Anchorage. Complete proxy materials will be sent to shareholders in Spring 2007.
