Jaime Miller, 2015 Sealaska Intern

“I’ve really enjoyed my experience working as an SGS accounting intern, and have learned a lot along the way. This internship has provided me with a respectable overview of private accounting, in addition to dramatically improving my knowledge of my Native ancestry/culture, and how Sealaska came about. I am constantly learning, and am given more challenging projects as the internship progresses, which built off of what I had already learned. I would recommend this internship to anyone who wants to gain the skills of a staff accountant, and who is also interested in learning more about their Alaskan Native culture.”
