Caitlin Harder, 2016 Sealaska Intern

“During my internship at Sealaska I was able to continuously apply strategic thinking in a corporate setting, learn to use and create promotional materials in Adobe programs, and work alongside executives who were interested in my voice as a young person within the company. The number of subsidiaries and decentralized structure allows for the exploration of career interests as they develop, and I enjoyed flexibility in selecting among projects to complete those most relevant to skills I wanted to practice. Sealaska is a place where you will feel valued, grow professionally, and connect with people from different corners of the Tlingit-Haida-Tsimshian community.”
